Refund policy

For all digital products, including ebooks and online courses, there are no refunds. 

For subscription services, the client may cancel at anytime, but there are no refunds for the current month.

For the Operational Resilience System 1 day training, there are no refunds, but clients are permitted to change to a later session, as long as the change is communicated no later than 72 hours before the booked session.
